Returns

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of collection or delivery to ensure:

• There are no damages or breakages
• You have received the correct products
• Your order is complete

If you notice any issues, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

We accept returns of unsuitable items within 28 days of purchase. Returns can be:

• Brought back to our store
• Sent back by post
• Collected by DPD for a fee of £15

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all parts, instructions, fittings, screws, and accessories securely placed back inside the box.

Please ensure the packaging is sealed carefully and avoid writing directly on the product box.
